One balance, every tool

Credits work everywhere in the Studio, and no tool is gated behind a plan. The three plans differ in exactly one thing: how many credits land each month.

Questions

How much does one credit buy?
A Standard render of your room photo costs 4 credits; Pro costs 12 and Max 44, buying fidelity rather than size. Generating a room from words alone is 2 credits, since there is no photo for the model to study.
Do leftover credits carry over?
Monthly plan credits reset when the cycle renews. Anything you bought as a one-off pack lives on a separate balance that never expires and is only drawn on after the monthly allowance runs out.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Upgrades take effect immediately — you pay the difference and the additional credits arrive at once. Downgrades wait politely for the end of the current period, so nothing already paid for disappears.
Why do clips bill by the second?
Each second of a clip is dozens of frames of generation, so clips bill by the second — Standard 720p is 18 credits per second. Short clips are the intended (and best-looking) use.
A render came out wrong. Do I get the credits back?
If the request is stopped before generation — missing photo, insufficient balance, a moderation block — nothing is charged. Once the model starts, the credits are spent: the provider bills us for every attempt, liked or not, so re-rolling with a tweaked instruction is the practical fix.
How do I stop the subscription?
From the billing portal, whenever you like. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then simply stops.
