Intellectual Property

AI-generated designs are derivative works created through our platform. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use designs generated by Room Design AI for personal, non-commercial purposes.

License to Room Design AI

By using our services, you grant Room Design AI a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute prompts you submit and images generated through our platform. This license survives termination of your account.

Privacy

Limitation of Liability

Room Design AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
