Terms of Service

Welcome to Room Design AI, owned and operated by Kawaii, Inc., an AI-powered image & text generation application. These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a legal contract between you, the user, and Room Design AI ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Room Design AI application and services.

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using Room Design AI, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not use Room Design AI.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Room Design AI. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.

Room Design AI allows you to generate images based on textual inputs using AI technology. You agree to use Room Design AI only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Room Design AI.

• Illegal or unlawful content.
• Infringing content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or promotes violence or harm.
• Content that violates privacy or publicity rights.

For any images or videos you generate using our services, you retain full ownership to the maximum extent permitted by law. However, there are a few caveats:

• Your ownership rights are limited by the terms of this Agreement.
• The rights of any third parties may also affect your ownership.

By using the Services, you grant to Room Design AI, its successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and/or distribute text prompts you input into the services, images you upload or otherwise input into the services (including photos of rooms, exteriors and products provided to the tools), and images, videos, and any other output produced by the service at your direction. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license for any images you input. The license granted to Room Design AI remains in effect even after termination of this Agreement by any party, for any reason.

Room Design AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Room Design AI reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new ToS on the service.

Room Design AI may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these ToS.

These ToS shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Room Design AI is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
