Remove Anything
Name it, and the room closes over it.
BeforeAfterWhat it does
Every room has a squatter — the piece that arrived for good reasons and stayed past all of them. Deciding its fate is easier with evidence, and the evidence is the room without it: floor continued, wall rebuilt, shadow gone, as if it had never been. Run it on the doubtful piece before selling, storing or defending it. Rooms are surprisingly opinionated once you can see them vote.
How to use it
- 1Upload the room as it is.
- 2Name the object plainly — "the brown recliner", "the wall unit".
- 3Run it and compare with/without at full size.
- 4Chain further removals one at a time, checking each.
Questions
- What fills the gap it leaves?
- The room does — floor, wall, skirting and any pattern are continued realistically, and the object’s shadows and reflections leave with it.
- Several things at once, or one by one?
- One at a time chains better: each removal stays checkable, and you can stop at the version of the room you like.
